'Final Fantasy XV' News: Has deep emotional story and biggest and meanest baddie of them all

"Final Fantasy XV" started out as "Final Fantasy Versus XIII" (announced way back in 2006) and it had a strong emotional story - a story that focuses on bonds between family members and friends. The more exciting news is that it will feature a mean, baddie who will put all villains to shame.

According to Gamespot, director Hajime Tabata says that "Final Fantasy XV" is sticking to a deep, emotional story. He added that apart from the fighting and superb gameplay, "Final Fantasy XV" will also offer "tragedy and calamity" on an epic scale to the gamers. He further elaborated that the story will be centered on "the bonds between friends" and the relationship between father and son.

Fans are excited about the main villain. Although Tabata did not say much about the villain, he did tease that it will be male. He compared the "Final Fantasy" roster of villains to the new villain and said that he could be the biggest, meanest and baddest of them all. He also said, "He won't be beaten by any of the previous villains. He's going to top all of them."
