'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Spoilers: Fans Better Brace Themselves As "Lots Of Magic" Will Be Featured This Season

HBO's hit high fantasy drama TV series "Game of Thrones" is now ready to kick off its highly anticipated Season 6. As part of its promotional campaign, series star Isaac Hempstead Wright spoke with the press to dish out details on his beloved character, Bran Stark, who is now returning on screen after his absence in Season 5.

Speaking to Yahoo Singapore, the young English actor teases that Bran will now be taking the role of a "kingmaker" in the bloody conquest for the Iron Throne. This eventually will depart Bran from his usual "run and hide" role in the previous installment of the series.

"Particularly this season, he's almost read the script. He knows what's going on all around the world. So this year, I kind of approached it as if Bran had just watched the show the whole time," he told the publication.

"When we meet Bran in season 6, he's still got a lot of learning to do, but expect lots of magic," he went on to say.

And speaking of magic, the 17-year-old added that fans will further get to see his "extraordinary enabling capabilities," which he will manifest by, for example, causing an "earthquake."

But the most important ability he has would be the power to look into the past, the present, and the future of Westeros.

Back in Season 4, he finally found the Three-Eyed Raven's lair in a cave located from the far north side of the Wall. In the new installment, Max Von Sydow will be playing the character. Earlier reports indicated that the raven has been training Bran the whole time.

Like most of the installments, "Game of Thrones" Season 6 will consist of 10 episodes. It is said to be based on the hitherto unreleased sixth novel from George RR Martin's novel series, "A Song of Ice and Fire," "The Winds Of Winter." The show will kick off Sunday, April 24 on HBO.
