'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Episode 16 Spoilers: Meredith Drives Will Out
ABC's hit medical drama TV series "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 continues this week with a brand new episode that will see Meredith Grey agreeing on a date with Will. However, teasers indicate that the thing between them might not be what it seems.
In a promo clip for Episode 16 titled "When It Hurts So Bad," Meredith can be seen getting so sweet to Will as she bids goodbye to Will after their date.
Will then asks for the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital resident surgeon for a kiss. The widow seems quite a bit bashful but the military doctor went in quickly to steal a kiss from her lips.

The video immediately cuts to show a commotion going on inside Mer's place. Will can be seen standing naked while Maggie and Amelia rushed over to ask the visitor why Meredith is screaming.
"Get him out of here!" Mer can be heard shouting from the other side of the door.
"What did you do?" Maggie asked Will who, like everyone else, appears to be quite baffled with Meredith's reactions.
The synopsis from The Futon Critic says that Meredith and Will will take a step forward in their dating game. However, Meredith will quickly regret with the decision to spend the night with the man. As for what exactly is going on inside Mer's thoughts, viewers are yet to find out.
In another development, Maggie will sense some coldness from Andrew. Meanwhile Amelia will try to reevaluate her relationship with Owen. For those who missed it, Amelia decided to leave Owen after his recent brawl with Nathan Riggs. Owen begged Amelia to reconsider her decision but the latter won't be having anymore of his drama.
Fans of the series may also get to see Catherine coming back to town. Her presence will definitely shake up her son Jackson's relationship with April.
