HTC Rezound Ice Cream Sandwich Update Rolls Out This Week
The Android 4.0.3, Ice Cream Sandwich update will be available for Verizon's HTC Rezound starting this week, according to a report.
AndroidGuys.com. claims to have heard from insiders that Verizon will begin rolling out the upgrade sometime today. It will mostly likely be performed OTA and bring the 4.0.3 build of the software to the HTC device.
In other HTC news, T-Mobile could be launching a new version of the One X called the One X+ that features a Tegra 3 1.7GHz processor in the near future, according to a recent report from TmoNews.

A smartphone named the HTC Era 42 recently appeared in T-Mobile's inventory system and the site had previously thought that this device would turn out to be the G3. Now it is claiming that it now can confirm that this HTC Era 42 will be the HTC One X+ for T-Mobile.
Rumors of the HTC One X coming to T-Mobile began surfacing in February and now it seems that they were somewhat correct.
The original HTC One X launched earlier this year as an exclusive AT&T device and is probably the best Android handset that the Taiwanese company has ever created.
It was the first smartphone to be released by HTC that came with Android 4.0, pre-installed and featured a Tegra 3 quad-core processor.
The device originally retailed at $199 on the carrier with a new 2-year agreement. AT&T is expected to slash its price down to $99.99 eventually, although the date remains unknown.
Other specifications on the One X include a 4.7-inch Super LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels, an 8-megapixel camera that includes an ImageChip that kicks up picture processing. It is also a 4G LTE device and features Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.
