Janet Jackson 'Did Not Slap' Michael's Daughter Paris; Rep Threatens Legal Action

Janet Jackson denied reports that she assaulted her 14-year-old niece and daughter of the late Michael Jackson through her lawyer on Monday.

The 46-year-old was videotaped aggressively confronting Paris Jackson during an unannounced visit to the Jackson family's Calabasas, Calif. Home on July 23 but contrary to reports Janet denies that any slapping occurred.

"Ms. Jackson did not slap Paris, and did not call her a 'spoiled little b----' or a 'b----,'" Janet's attorney, Blair G. Brown, told The Insider. She went on threatening legal action against the original source because "false statements are highly damaging to Ms. Jackson's reputation and have caused her significant harm."

The news comes just hours after it was revealed that Janet, along with her brothers Randy and Jermaine, was subsequently banned from the Jackson residence over the ongoing family feud regarding Michael's $1 billion estate.

"The attorneys for the Estate of Michael Jackson as lessees of the house were requested by Charles Schultz, attorney for TJ Jackson, Jr., the newly appointed Temporary Guardian for Michael Jackson's children, to send a list to the security gate of people neither TJ or the children wanted allowed on the premises in view of the incidents that had just taken place," the estate attorneys wrote in a statement to E! News.

While Schultz did not specify which names have been listed on the banned list, he hinted that Randy, Jermaine and Janet are among those barred from the residence.

"As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012, or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date," Shultz said.

Video surveillance footage taken from the Jackson home on July 23 shows Janet approaching a reluctant Paris and aggressively trying to snatch her cell phone from her hands.

Violence reportedly ensued among the male Jackson family members as Trent Jackson, Janet's cousin, allegedly placed her brother Randy in a headlock and punched her other brother Jermaine in the mouth.

The reports follow a string of bizarre incidents which have occurred between Jackson family members in recent weeks and it is believed that the cause of the problems stem from Michael leaving several siblings out of his will.

Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, three children, Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson are allegedly listed as benefactors of his $1 billion estate.
