"He really f----- Kim up mentally because she had never heard words like that spoken before and filled with so much hate," the source added.

The man reportedly used the n-word in Kardashian's presence in reference to the paparazzi and lashed out at the E! star after she complained about his language, according to TMZ.com.

"I will kill you s---!," the man was quoted as telling Kardashian, according to TMZ.com. He is also accused of making other vulgar remarks.

The terrified reality TV star allegedly made a phone call to West during the incident complaining about the man. Within minutes the "New Slaves" rapper reportedly located the man inside of a chiropractor's waiting room and punched him which led to Police being called.

West, who is no stranger to assault cases, reportedly believes the man targeted Kardashian because of her celebrity status.

"This is America and in this country, 'celebrities' are looked upon as banks to abuse," the insider explained.

"That dude had no right to bother Kim and say what he said to her. He was out of line," the source continued. "If that happened to your average woman and her average husband came to defend her, we would not be having this conversation."

The incident comes four months after West was formally charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking a paparazzi photographer at LAX on July 19.
