Odom, 33, has made headlines in recent weeks for allegedly stepping out on his marriage and battling with a drug addiction that he allegedly only checked into a rehabilitation center for one day to treat. In a preview of the show, Kardashian makes it clear that everything may not be well with her husband.

"Lamar, are you ok," she asks in the show preview while on the phone with her husband.
