Lane Garrison and Playboy Playmate: No Charges Filed for Domestic Violence Charge
A former television star will not be charged with domestic violence after police determined there was not enough evidence to warrant a charge.
The dispute occurred between former Prison Break actor Lane Garrison and his Playboy playmate ex- girlfriend Ashley Mattingly.
Mattingly accused Garrison of attacking her during an argument at the couple's apartment last Saturday, according to entertainment website TMZ.Com.

Police responded to a call at the Beverly Hills apartment Saturday night, but Garrison had already left the scene by the time they arrived.
However, media reports state that police returned to the apartment the next day on Sunday and took the actor into custody.
Garrison has remained in custody since Sunday because the incident is in violation of his parole. The terms of the violation made Garrison ineligible for bail.
The alleged incident took place in the lobby of the couple's apartment complex. The police were able to review security camera footage of the incident, but were unable to verify that there was any physical abuse suffered during the argument.
"The District Attorney has decided not to charge Lane because they didn't have sufficient evidence to prove that he hit Ashley, even though the entire incident was caught on surveillance video," a source told RadarOnline.com
"The two were arguing and Lane was attempting to get his cell phone back from Ashley, which she was holding. Lane gave an exhaustive interview to detectives, without his attorney, Harland Braun present. Lane contends that he never hit Ashley, it's just not who he is," the source said.
Garrison's life took an unfortunate detour in 2006, when the car he was driving hit a tree killing a teenage passenger.
The actor pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter. He was released from state prison in 2009 after serving 20 months of a 40 month sentence. The actor also reached a financial settlement with the victim's family.
