Miranda Kerr Covers Elvis Song; Former Victoria's Secret Model Records Duet
Miranda Kerr recently recorded a duet with Bobby Fox, but the model has no immediate plans to launch a singing career.
The former Victoria's Secret model, 30, was "convinced" by the "Jersey Boys" star to record a cover of Elvis and Ann Margaret's "You're The Boss" from the Elvis movie "Viva Las Vegas." Fox reportedly traveled to New Zealand where Kerr was working on a shoot and the pair recorded the duet, which will appear on his upcoming album, scheduled for release on March 16.
"I usually just sing in the shower but @thedancingfox convinced me to record a duet with him," Kerr tweeted. "Not a career change, just a bit of fun!"

While fans are excited to hear Kerr's vocal ability, an insider emphasized that the song is just for "fun."
"She has no plans to embark on a singing career, she loves music and just thought this would be fun," a source said according to Daily Mail U.K.
Fox and the Australian model are said to have recorded the song in one evening. The Broadway star gushed about working with Kerr.
"Miranda was amazing to work with," a spokesperson for Fox said. "She didn't take herself too seriously ... she just got into character and had a ball recording it."
In 2012 fans got a glimpse of Kerr's vocals in a Japanese commercial for Lipton ice tea, which sees the model dressed as a waitress singing in a bar.
The news comes two months after reports claimed Kerr, who shares a 2-year-old son Flynn with actor Orlando Bloom, is dating Australian billionaire James Packer. The casino mogul is the son of the late media mogul Kerry Packer.
"Miranda may come across as an Earth Mother but she loves the high life and James can provide the sort of lifestyle and security very few could give her," an alleged friend told Woman's Day magazine.
Kerr and Bloom announced their separation after two years of marriage in October and sources claim a divorce filing is imminent.
