MTV's 'Jersey Shore' Cast Salaries Revealed

"Jersey Shore" cast salaries have been revealed and popular co-stars Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio appear to be the top earners.

The hit MTV reality TV show recently began filming its sixth and final season, and while the cast members have already found themselves embroiled in drunken bar brawls their wild antics appear to be paying off, according to Radar Online.

Snooki, Mike and Pauly are each paid $150,000 per episode, and every season has roughly 12 episodes, which gives them each an estimated grand total of $1.8 million dollars per season.

Their lucrative salaries do not stop there with each member receiving a $400,000 bonus for signing on at the beginning of the season along with a $200,000 bonus at the end of the season.

Similar to Bravo TV's "Real Housewives" chain, cast members are paid a substantial amount of money if they agree to partake in the reunion special and for "Jersey Shore" cast members, that means receiving an additional $150,000 just for showing up.

The estimated salary for each of the three biggest reality TV personalities is $2.55 million, which some critics argue is less than what some of the nation's most highly skilled doctors earn.

Snooki's best friend and co-star Jennie "JWoww" Farley is on a slightly lower pay grade, receiving $100,000 per episode as well as bonuses for the reunion show.

Vinny Guadagnino reportedly takes home $90,000 per episode, while Ronnie Magro and Sammi Sweetheart receive $80,000 each.

Newcomer Deena Cortese, who was recently arrested for the very same drunken behavior that the cast are glorified for, is paid $40,000 per episode, although reports suggest that this figure is growing.

"With all the drama that Deena has been bringing to the show, including kissing a girl and even getting arrested, her salary is definitely going up thanks to that," a source close to Cortese told Radar.
