Paris Jackson Rehab to Continue at Diamond Ranch Academy
Paris Jackson will continue treatment for depression and grief at a rehab facility in Utah, sources state. The 15-year-old will be moved there after she finishes treatment at UCLA and remain until doctors feel she is not a threat to herself.
"As far as Paris is concerned, she is fine and is ready to go home, but the doctors and her family are not taking any chances," a source close to the family told the Sun. "She tried to end her own life, and it doesn't get more serious than that. She was in a terrible state, and her family knows it would not take much to tip her over the edge again."
Last month Paris attempted to take her life by taking an abundance of Motrin pills and cutting her wrists. Sources have said that the teen was stressed with family issues and the wrongful death suit of her father, Michael, for which she was called to testify.

The Jackson family has been working with Paris' biological mother, Debbie Rowe, to do what's in the best interest of their loved one.
"They are terrified she will have a major relapse if she has access to Twitter and the Internet again – especially with all the shocking information that is coming out in the AEG wrongful death court case. Debbie and Katherine have looked into things and they have decided the best place for her is the Diamond Ranch Academy. It is a secluded treatment center for 12 to 18-year-olds that specializes in depression and grief management," the source added.
One particular problem that still needs to be worked out is the security surrounding the ranch. The Jackson family is concerned that fans may disrupt the treatment facility and is looking into hiring top-level security detail for Paris and the facility.
"While she's there, she can be around kids going through similar problems and concentrate on getting well again, without pressures from the outside world and all the negativity on the Internet. The only stumbling block is the security situation. They know there will be a lot of attention on Paris while she's in residence and there's a real danger obsessive fans might try to break in," the source explained.
It's likely that Paris will be released from the Diamond Ranch Academy if she is well enough once the AEG trial is over.
