Sony Reveals This Week's PS4, PS3, and Vita Deals

Fans of "Assassin's Creed" as well as the "Batman" video games will be in for a treat, courtesy of Sony.

According to Gamespot, the tech and gaming giant revealed its tempting deals for the week that will make PlayStation 4 (PS4), PlayStation 3 (PS3), and Vita owners very happy. With Ubisoft Montreal slated to release "Assassin's Creed: Origins" next month, fans of the franchise who do not have the previous installments can purchase them for lower prices.

Leading the list of the weekly deals is "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" that was first released nearly two years ago. Another is "Assassin's Creed Unity," which came out in 2014. The two titles are available on PS4 for $19.99 and $11.99, respectively.

Another interesting title on sale this week is "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" for a $7.99 price tag, and it is available on PS3. Meanwhile, fans who missed out on the "Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection" will get another crack at the promo price of $24.99.

Other notable titles on sale for PS3 include "Assassin's Creed III: Ultimate Edition ($14.99)" and "Assassin's Creed Liberation HD ($8.99)." Meanwhile, "Assasin's Creed Liberation HD" and "Assassin's Creed: Freedom Cry" are also on sale for PS3 owners for $5.99 each. Vita owners, on the other hand, can enjoy "Assassin's Creed Bloodlines" and "Assassin's Creed Chronicles Trilogy for $5.99 and $8.99, respectively.

On the flipside, fans of the Dark Knight can enjoy discounted games featuring the legendary Caped Crusader. Leading the pack is Warner Bros' hit fighting game, "Injustice 2" for $47.99. Also discounted are "Injustice: Gods Among Us" Ultimate Edition and "Batman: Arkham Knight" both for $9.99 each.

Furthermore, "Lego Batman 3: Beyond Batman" Deluxe Edition and "Batman: Arkham VR" are also on sale for $17.49 and $15.99, respectively.

Meanwhile, VentureBeat reported that the PS4 is still the best-selling gaming console. The console's fantastic run continued last month, despite surrendering the months of May and June to the Nintendo Switch, according to the latest report from NPD Group.
