'Supernatural' Season 11 Episode 16 Spoilers: The Series Returns with Jim Beaver's Bobby

After a momentary break, The CW's hit TV series "Supernatural" Season 11 is finally back to the airwaves with a brand new episode that will see one of the fan-favorite cast members returning.

The synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode "Safe House" tells of a "dangerous creature" running loose and attacks a mother and her child. The poor victims were left in a coma. Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are quick on their feet to look into the case. They notice that culprit of the incident points out to the same creature that their friends Bobby (guest star Jim Beaver) and Rufus (guest star Steven Williams) had once tackled with.

As suggested by the TFC summary and revealed on previous reports, the characters will appear in the form of flashbacks. Not only will the Winchester siblings find the answer to their current dilemma, fans will also get to see more of the relationship between Rufus and Bobby.

The last time Bobby was seen was on Season 10's "Inside Man" where he helped the two boys fight Metatron. Rufus, on the other hand, was last featured way back in Season 7 episode "Death's Door" where he appeared as a memory of Bobby. Fans may already know that it was latter who took the life of his own companion when he was possessed by the Khan worm in Season 6.

Meanwhile, the spoiler video for the episode shows Amara (Emily Swallow), the embodiment of the Darkness, getting even more powerful than ever.

"This world is gonna burn," a voice was heard on the video followed by terrifying scenes which include a young girl getting dragged from under the table.

Although Bobby and Rufus were not seen in the clip, it is pretty much clear that the two will take center stage in the segment.

Don't miss Episode 16 "Safe House" when "Supernatural" Season 11 returns this Wednesday, Mar. 23 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
