'Basketball Wives' Evelyn Lozada Pregnant: Did Baby News Cause Reunion Cancellation?

Reality TV star Evelyn Lozada is reportedly pregnant with her second child and fans are speculating whether the baby news influenced her decision to pull out of the "Basketball Wives" reunion show in October.

The Vh1 star is said to be six months along in her pregnancy and while critics initially questioned whether her ex-husband Chad Johnson is the father, it appears as though he is not, TMZ.com reported.

The celebrity news site claims the Bronx native has been dating a mystery man for close to one year and that the pregnancy was planned. Lozada, 39, is yet to publicly confirm the report.

"I'm so thankful for so many things! How much greatness has happened in a year! I'm sooooooo damn HAPPY!!! Yipeeeeeee!!!," Lozada tweeted to her one million Twitter followers on Thanksgiving.

The baby report comes one month after fans of the declining reality TV show were left scratching their heads after season 5 came to an abrupt end. At the time, reports claimed Lozada pulled out of the reunion show taping because she simply did not want to discuss Johnson, 35.

Lozada filed for divorce from the disgraced NFL player in August 2012 after just 41 days of marriage, following a domestic dispute during which she was infamously headbutted. The Johnson drama was the main focus of season 5, which prompted criticisms that she was milking the divorce for a storyline.

"Choosing not to beat a dead horse! We all want 2 move on with life," Lozada tweeted to one fan about the canceled reunion, later adding, "Didn't want 2 keep dwelling on the past."

In addition to opting out of the reunion taping, Lozada, who is the former fiancée of NBA player Antoine Walker, is reportedly done with the show entirely.

The fitness DVD producer has a 20-year-old daughter Shaniece from a previous relationship. She once opened up about her experience being a teen Mom.

"I was a teen (17 to be exact) when I had Shaniece and it wasn't always easy but I committed myself early to raising a respectful and responsible young lady," she once wrote in a blog on GlobalGrind.
