Beyonce, Jay-Z Plan Vacation With Gwyneth, Chris; Unfazed by N-Word Tweet?

Beyonce Knowles and husband Jay-Z are reportedly planning a low-key vacation with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow in Florida, after both men finish their respective world tours.

The couples, who have been close friends for several years, will include their children in the road trip in pursuit of relaxation, according to The Sun U.K.

"The two couples are planning a trip around Florida. Both Chris and Jay have been on intense world tours so they really need a break," a source told The Sun.

"Gwyneth and Beyonce think the jaunt, going back to nature on a high-end Winnebago, will be the ideal getaway," the insider said, adding that "it will be low-key but it's just what they need and they'll get to spend quality time together."

The couples are also likely in need of time away following controversy which stemmed from Paltrow's use of the N-word in a recent tweet.

The Academy Award-winning Actress ignited a firestorm following a controversial tweet that she posted on Twitter while at Jay-Z and Kanye West's "Watch The Throne" tour in Paris over the weekend. Fans of both Beyonce and Jay-Z slammed the pair for failing to condemn Paltrow's post.

Paltrow posted a picture of herself at the concert on Twitter, alongside the headline "N----- in paris for real" which led to criticism that the 39-year-old was racially insensitive.

"Hold up. It's the title of the song!" Paltrow shot back at fans on Twitter after receiving backlash.

Neither Beyonce, 30, nor Jay-Z addressed the matter publicly and some critics believe that the couple are unfazed by the tweet and do not consider Paltrow to be a racist.

Music Producer Terius "The Dream" Nash, who is said to be close friends of both Beyonce and Jay-Z, immediately came to Paltrow's defense.

"[N-----] doesn't have any power over me which is why this will be the last thing I say about it. A word means something when u react to it! Context is everything. Meaning it in the context as a Song which is how we Sold it to the world!!!!!! it is what it is," The Dream wrote via Facebook.

"I've seen people not use the Word at all and have been the most racist people rather than use it in the context as the song it self. Actually [N------] was in Paris! Lol stop wasting gods time Do something with your life! Love not War," he added.
