CCFM Radio Impacts South Africa
CCFM Cape Town Christian Radio impacts the people of South Africa. According to Pastor John Thomas of CCFM, the focus of the station is to reach those who do not yet know Christ as Savior. Our station runs a 24-hour prayer line. That's really a counseling line. We have seen on average, at least one person come to know Christ as Savior every that we have counseled." Thomas says since HIV/AIDS is so widespread they're doing all they can to preach the abstinence message. "I'm in the USA at the moment to try and encourage well-known Christian artists in Nashville to start writing songs encouraging them to follow God's way of abstinence from sexual activity premaritally, and faithfulness within marriage."
