Kim Kardashian Proposal Video Leads to Lawsuit After YouTube Co-Founder Leaks Video

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have filed a lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley after they accused him of leaking the secret wedding proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco.

Hurley filmed the secret proposal on Oct. 21, her 33rd birthday, and later released the video despite allegedly singing a confidentiality agreement.

"Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself broadcasting the images he knew were the property rights of someone else," according to the lawsuit obtained by Radar Online.

West rented out AT&T Park in San Francisco and invited close friends and family to witness the big event. Among those in attendance was Jenner who reportedly gave West her blessing before he dropped to one knee and asked for Kim's hand in marriage.

West had the words "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" posted on the stadium jumbotron and hired a 50-piece orchestra to play Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" in honor of the occasion.

Never one to miss out on a big occasion West then had the orchestra's performance followed West's own track with Ne-Yo and Keri Hilson, "Knock You Down."

The engagement ring will also not be playing second fiddle to with the 15-carat diamond being designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

After West received a response in the positive fireworks and roman candles were set off and those who had been invited came charging out of the dugout to celebrate the special moment.

"A match made in heaven!" Kris Jenner told E! News after word of the engagement spread. "I am so happy for both of my kids, Kim and Kanye."

West and Jenner have enjoyed a unique but assuredly strong relationship since news broke that he was dating her daughter.

West even appeared on Jenner's now-canceled talk show in August and displayed the first public North West photo on a giant screen during his interview in an attempt to increase the show's poor ratings.
