Lindsay Lohan Accused of Battery After Completing Probation

Lindsay Lohan faces more legal woes less than two weeks after completing her court ordered probation terms, but she is denying any wrong doing.

The 25-year-old has been accused of nightclub battery after an unidentified woman filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department on Saturday, about an incident that allegedly occurred on Thursday night, according to TMZ.

The woman alleges that Lohan became enraged after she began speaking to one of her male companions at The Standard Hotel, and claims that she was pushed and shoved by Lohan when a verbal altercation broke out.

While police are now investigating the alleged incident, Lohan has denied the incident ever took place and insists that she was at home on Thursday night watching the TV show "Homeland."

"Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame," Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, told TMZ.

The "Mean Girls" actress was finally able to put her legal woes behind her recently, five years after her first arrest for a DUI and she received praise from a California judge.

"She has done everything this court has asked of her," Judge Stephanie Sautner said during Lohan's final probation hearing.

"You seem to be getting your life back on track! You're in the home stretch!" Judge Sautner had previously told Lohan.

Lohan was first arrested in 2007 after she was caught driving under the influence. The incident followed multiple stints in rehab, at least five stints in jail, and a necklace theft case. Her father, Michael Lohan, recently urged his daughter to embrace "God" if she truly wants to get her life together, according to Radar Online.

"People can make things right with a judge but that doesn't mean they can make it right with God," Michael told Radar.

"On the other hand, judges don't always pass the right judgment themselves. God is the ultimate judge, and he judges us based upon what he sees and knows- not man! I think we all know that all too well. For those who don't, I feel sorry for them," he added.
