Michael Jackson Death Trial: Fans React to Conrad Murray Courtroom Drama
After the first day of the Conrad Murray involuntary manslaughter trial, Michael Jackson supporters were vocal on Twitter.
The hashtags #Justice4MJ, #MurrayTrial and #Michaeljackson were prevalent on the social media network on the days before, during and after the Murray trial.
Some fans were angered about the fact that media outlets chose to use an image of a dead Jackson in their publications.

"Jackson fans united write to papers that used MJ’s body on the cover," one person wrote.
Some fans of Jackson and spectators of the case expressed disdain for the media coverage that the trial got before it began and in its first day.
"We must send a clear message to HLN, truth that we are tired of their sensationalized reporting and commentary," a twitter user said.
While some were focused on the trial coverage, others were concerned for the Jackson parents that appeared in court.
"Seeing Katherine and Joseph enter the courthouse again for a horrible trial is just too much,” one person wrote. “God bless them and let's pray for #Justice4MJ"
The entire family was recognized on Twitter, as a sign of support for the late pop star.
"Sending love to the MJ Fam and Jackson Family as we prepare for day 2 of the Murray trial"
Yet another lent proverbial support to the family, while providing assurance that justice would be served.
"Wishing the Jackson family & fans worldwide lots of strength during the trial,” another user wrote. “Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons"
People recognized Jackson as a hero and wanted Murray to pay for his alleged actions against the entertainer.
"It has been long said: 'The world needs a hero," the Twitter user wrote. “Well, Conrad Murray killed mine. Bring on the trial!"
Although Murray is on trial for involuntary manslaughter and legally innocent until proven differently, many already thought him to be guilty.
"Greed may be human nature, but it is NOT a moral excuse or justification for taking a human being's life," one person tweeted in reference to Murray."For once, let there be justice for MJ now is the chance for all those who tore him down to build him up! A crime was committed!"
