'Once Upon a Time' Season 3 Spoilers: Sister vs. Sister, Evil vs. Good (VIDEO)

It's sister versus sister and good versus evil in an all-new "Once Upon a Time" this Sunday. Fans will finally get the showdown they want between Regina the Evil Queen and Zelena, the Wicked Witch of the West.

The episode starts off with Zelena in the middle of town, essentially calling out Regina for a final showdown. She threatens to let "the Dark One" Rumpelstiltskin off his leash if Regina does not show up in five minutes, and fortunately, Regina does arrive in plenty of time. That's when the showdown formally begins.

"Didn't anyone tell you? Black is my color," Regina states assertively.

However, things take a darker turn as Zelena reminds Regina that they are sisters. Regina then questions what she ever did to offend her so-called sister.

"Isn't it obvious? You were born," Zelena replies.

Executive producer Eddy Kitsis told TV Guide that we will "find out why the witch is green and what she really wants."

Throughout this season, everyone coming into contact with Zelena the Wicked Witch has made mention that she is searching for something that she wants but cannot get on her own. Hopefully Sunday's episode will provide much-anticipated information. One theory is that Zelena wants to get her hands on Mary Margaret/Snow White's child, who will undoubtedly be born with some amount of magical power. Another is that she simply wants to destroy Storybrooke and her sister's realm after all the pain that she has endured.

"Once Upon a Time" will be gaining a new character in the Knave of Hearts next season, so expect some type of storyline set-up for his arrival as this season continues to wrap up. Members of Storybrooke will lay Neal, or Baelfire, to rest. His father, Rumpelstiltskin, is already suffering yet still must do the work of Zelena since he is under her spell.

All new episodes of "Once" will air Sunday nights on ABC until May 11, with the finale "There's No Place Like Home."
