PlayStation Plus March 2014: Free Games List Features Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for PSP, PS Vita
With just a few days left, PlayStation Plus members can still get Monster Hunter for free this week on the PSP or PS Vita.
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite was announced by Sony earlier this week, and the game can be downloaded for both of Sony's handhelds.
According to WebProNews, this is the biggest Monster Hunter game, and features over 500 hours of gameplay, as well as 1400 weapons and 2000 armor sets. Data will also be able to be transferred from Monster Hunter Freedom 2.

PS Plus has a few other games available at a discounted price. Those include: all three versions of Fez, Bioshock, Boshock 2, and Bioshock Infinite's DLC's.
PlayStation Plus is offering two other free games for this month, Thomas Was Alone and Unit 13, for the Instant Games Collection.
Thomas Was Alone is for the PS3 and PS Vita, and is primarily a puzzle platforming game using shapes. Unit 13 is a Vita exclusive in the vein of classic third person shooter SOCOM. The two games appeared in the PlayStation Store last week.
A number of other games are also available for free this month on PS Plus. The games include: Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition for the PS4, Brothers
A Tale of Two Sons and Tomb Raider for the PS3, and Pixeljunk Monsters Ultimate HD, and Smart As for the PS Vita.
Sony recently announced more than half of their PS4 sales have resulted in their customers also buying a PS Plus subscription.
"All the 4.2 million PS4s that have already moved into the hands of consumers, more than half of the people that have now gotten their hands [on] the PS4 have actually signed up for PS Plus service, which bodes very well for us," said Sony CEO Kazuo Hirai in a conference call, according to a transcript from Seeking Alpha.
