Samsung Galaxy Note Ice Cream Sandwich Update Available in India
The Android 4.0.3, Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade is now available for the Samsung Galaxy Note in India, according to a recent report.
Various users of the device have confirmed the upgrade coming to the device in that region on their Twitter accounts.

The upgrade for the smartphone-tablet hybrid includes Android 4.0 with Touchwiz UI, a new S-Note application and an updated version of the S-Memo widget.
The Galaxy Note is the first Samsung device in India to receive the ICS update. It still has not rolled out for the wildly popular Samsung Galaxy S2 and most of the Honeycomb powered tablets in the region.
Despite Samsung's failure to roll out the ICS update for the Galaxy S2 in India with haste, the company is reportedly selling Galaxy S2 models with the software pre-installed.
Those willing to purchase an unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 at the end of the month can also have a device that comes with the latest Android software.
Ice Cream Sandwich launched on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus back in November of last year.
Rumors of ICS upgrades for other devices began surfacing shortly after the Nexus was released.
However, many of those rumors failed to materialize as various places throughout the world have not yet received ICS update for other popular devices.
Ice Cream Sandwich was created for both tablets and smartphones and includes many exciting new features.
ICS users can take advantage of resizable widgets, a camera shortcut on the device's lock screen, and the new panorama picture taking capability that captures a wide range of footage and condenses it down to one image.
The software also works off of Roboto, a new graphics interface that improves the visibility of various fonts.
