Beyonce's Mom Fuels Plastic Surgery Rumors; Reveals Blue Ivy's Nickname (VIDEO)
Tina Knowles caused a stir on social networking site Twitter recently following an appearance that she made on "Access Hollywood" while debuting her fall fashion line.
Knowles, who is the mother of famed singer Beyonce, opened up about her family while giving a preview of her new line. It wasn't just details about Blue Ivy that made headlines though, but the 58-year-old's appearance which set tongues wagging.
Knowles, a fashion designer who owns two fashion labels- House of Deréon and Miss Tina- appeared to be in good spirits as she answered questions about her seven-month-old granddaughter and at one point she revealed Blue Ivy's nickname to be "Blue Blue."

Viewers could not help but notice a slight change in Knowles' facial appearance which prompted a number of critics to speculate whether or not she has undergone plastic surgery.
"Tina Knowles' new face looks CRAZY," Johnny Bananza tweeted.
"What did Tina Knowles do to her face!!!" Tay tweeted.
"I wonder who's face is tighter Tina Knowles or Joan Rivers," Jordan Aytch tweeted.
This is not the first time that Knowles has faced questions about plastic surgery. In November, it was reported that Beyonce, 31, arranged an extensive makeover procedure for her mother, who at the time was dealing with the breakdown of her 31-year marriage to Beyonce's father, Matthew.
"Beyonce told her mom she knew she was feeling a little insecure about her looks and wanted to do something to make her mom feel better. Tina agreed but only to something subtle. She said she did not want to look stunned or have a frozen smile on her face like the Joker from 'Batman.' Beyonce looked into a Lifestyle Lift and they agreed on it," a source allegedly told Bossip.com.
During her appearance on "Access Hollywood," Knowles revealed that Blue Ivy is beginning to crawl and admitted that while both her parents spoil her, it is Beyonce who does it the most.
"Blue Ivy is wonderful, I just saw her yesterday, she's starting to scoot to crawl so that's exciting," Knowles said before adding "I put the phone in front of [Blue], and I was like [to Beyonce], 'Let her crawl,' and she starts looking up at her Mom and her Mom carries it to her."
