Brooke Mueller's Mother Moves In to Help Daughter Win Custody of Twins

Brooke Mueller's mother is reportedly moving in to help her daughter regain custody of her twin boys after she gets out of rehab. Mueller's lawyer, along with Denise Richard's and Charlie Sheen's lawyers, will all go before a judge in June to decide who will keep custody of the boys.

Moira Fiore, Mueller's mother, has already moved into Mueller's home while she remains in rehab. Once Mueller is released from the facility, Mueller could become able to regain custody of her children, though the Department of Children & Family Services would continue to check on the family.

"Moira plans on living with Brooke for the first few months after she gets out of rehab. This won't be the first time Moira has uprooted her life in Palm Beach, Florida, to help her daughter. Brooke is scared that Charlie is going to cut off her $55,000 in child support, and feels that the judge might give the boys back to her with her mom living under the same roof. Moira has had visitation with Bob and Max since they were placed in Denise's care," a source told Radar Online.

The boys have been with Richards since Mueller checked into the Betty Ford Clinic and the Department of Children and Family Services removed the boys from her home. Richards volunteered to provide them with a stable environment with family, given that she had already done so when Mueller previously went to rehab.

Mueller is allegedly scared that she will lose the $55,000 in child support that she receives every month from Sheen. It is the only source of income she has; so far, Sheen has not said anything to suggest that Mueller would lose her support. He has offered Richards extra child support to help care for the boys, but she rejected his offer.

"The twins are absolutely thriving in Denise's care and there is absolutely no reason to uproot them," a friend said.
