Lisa Robin Kelly was arrested early Tuesday morning for domestic abuse against and the charges landed the "That 70s Show" actress in jail. Kelly denies the charges, however, claiming that she is the subject of false accusations.

Lisa Robin Kelly, who played Eric Forman's wild older sister Laurie on hit comedy "That 70s Show," was officially booked by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at 12:50 a.m. in connection with a felony charge of corporal injury upon a spouse. The actress was held on $50,000 bail, but paid the steep fine, according to her personal Facebook account.

The "he" from the Facebook post is John Michas, whom Kelly claimed she moved in with. The move caused complications, leading to tension between the pair, according to the 42-year-old.

"I did nothing to hurt John Michas. I cared. I made a big mistake to move with someone I didnt know well and its all a big mess. I was simply trying to move on," posted Kelly, attempting to explain the circumstances that led to her arrest.

After moving in with Michas, she claimed, he refused to pay for the living space, and accused her of domestic abuse.

"He [abandoned] lease. Then went police with fake pics," wrote Kelly. "I just am so upset.my career is doing well and he made sure to ruin it."

Six days prior to her arrest, Kelly hinted at the trouble she was having with Michas via her Twitter account.

"I'm having trouble with an ex. stalking and lying to ruin my integrity," wrote the actress.

Despite Kelly's claims, this is not her first run-in with the law. August of 2010 the actress was arrested in North Carolina and charged with driving while intoxicated. She pled guilty, was fined, and sentenced to 12 months of unsupervised probation for the incident.
