Tiffney Cambridge on Why She's Silent About Game's Alleged Assault: 'I'm Very Private'
Tiffney Cambridge, the rapper Jayceon "Game" Taylor's ex-fiance who may have accused him of assault, is revealing why she did not detail exactly what happened.
While the estranged couple who share two children previously appeared on the VH1 show "Marrying The Game," TMZ reported that Cambridge filed a restraining order against the rapper who assaulted her earlier this year. Although the rapper has taken to social media to deny claims and let the world know he is not able to see his children, Cambridge has refused to directly address the matter.
She revealed that she has let the rapper see his children, but still refuses to address the assault claims publicly.
"I'm very private in general. I'm not the type of person that would put everything out there," Cambridge told HipHollywood.com recently. "Even though I'm on the show and I've shown my life to the world for the last three seasons of Marrying the Game, I still consider myself to be really private and I think that things that happen in the home should stay in the home so to speak."
Still, Cambridge told HipHollywood.com that she and her former fiance are in a good place these days.
"We're good right now, where things are … we are doing the co-parenting thing and working on a friendship," she said.
She previously let the world know that she was receiving support from popular life coach Tony Gaskins Jr.
"Thank u @tonygaskins for everything..all the talks, words of encouragement, guidance, and tough love are greatly appreciated," Cambridge wrote on Instagram last April. "You've helped me so much on my journey. You're not only my life coach, you're my friend."
Now, she's telling Hip Hollywood that the life coach may help her with her dating life.
"I'm sure Tony has some suitors up his sleeve [for me]," Cambridge said. "But one thing at a time."
