The baby news comes more than one year after the Vh1 star ended her 41-day marriage to disgraced NFL star Chad Johnson, 35. Lozada was infamously head butted by Johnson during a domestic dispute, which led to his arrest.

"I'm so thankful for so many things! How much greatness has happened in a year! I'm sooooooo damn HAPPY!!! Yipeeeeeee!!!," Lozada tweeted to her one million Twitter followers on Thanksgiving.

Lozada has reportedly been dating a mystery man for almost one year and the couple is believed to have planned her pregnancy.

It is unclear whether the reality TV star conceived naturally or underwent in vitro fertilization. She once spoke about undergoing fertility treatments.

"That's the good thing with fertility, you can pick and choose when you want to have babies," she told HollywoodLife.com.

In October Lozada abruptly pulled out of the "Basketball Wives" reunion show taping which led to producers canceling the season 5 reunion entirely. She recently alluded to quitting the show completely.

"I signed on to do five seasons and this is our fifth. I don't really see me doing a sixth season. I know I can carry my own show, pretty much carried this one," she told The Huffington Post.

The fitness DVD producer revealed that while she may be ready to leave the declining reality TV show, she is open to filming her very own spinoff show.

"I would do my own show because I know I would have creative control," she said. "I'm in a different space. I'm open to doing a spin-off, but just not with a cast of women."

Lozada is yet to reveal the sex of her unborn baby.
