However, this week, it was confirmed that Billy Miller has been cast in the role of Jason "GH," according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry. The news leaves Muhney open to resume his role as Adam on "Y&R."

Last month, rumors of Muhney rejoining "Y&R" swept the internet when the actor was reportedly spotted at the CBS studios. Furthermore, it is believed that "Y&R" producer Jill Farren Phelps had invited Muhney back to the role of Adam, but that the actor had turned it down. Unfortunately, Muhney has remained mum on the rumors, and even deactivated his Twitter account recently.
Meanwhile, "Y&R" fans remain divided over Muhney's firing, with many viewers even boycotting the soap opera.
