Justin Bieber Fathers Baby? Details Revealed on Accuser Mariah Yeater
Amidst allegations being brought forth by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater that teen pop star Justin Bieber fathered her 3-month-old baby, fans and the media alike are wondering who exactly this woman is who has brought forth such shocking charges that could potentially ruin the singer's reputation.
Yeater, who is asking Bieber to take a paternity test and pay child support, claims the child was conceived in a brief sexual encounter after the pop star's concert back in Oct. 2010 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Yeater, who had a front row seat, claims a security guard approached her asking if she would like to meet the star, and soon after meeting backstage, Bieber lost his virginity to the then 19-year-old woman.
Fox News is reporting that Yeater was on food stamps when she acquired the tickets and has "never filed a tax return with the State of California nor the IRS." In addition, according to the publication, she lists 11th grade as her highest level of education, has been unemployed since March of 2011 and receives $500 a month in public assistance and claimed an average paycheck of $125 over the past year.
The 20-year-old mother "also claims no investment income and no self-employment, and alleges in the suit that the delivery of her son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6, cost $25,000."
Bieber's legal team has vehemently denied the allegations, and the star took to Twitter to personally address the issue.
"Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real," he wrote Wednesday, "an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!"
However, Yeater could potentially land herself in hot water with the legal system by coming forth, as the claims violate statutory rape laws because of Yeater's age and the fact that Bieber was only 16-years-old when the alleged incident occurred.
