  Fans of the successful "Divergent" series of films do not want Tris to die. They have made an online petition and hope author Veronica Roth agrees to a happy ending. Veronica Roth's book "Allegiant" was released in October 2013. It was written from the viewpoint of Tris and Four and had a heartrending end with Tris sacrificing herself for humanity. Fans already know the book's ending but they are speculating that the film, "Divergent: Allegiant," will not have Tris dying.
